Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sim-Lab account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Securely place the item in its original box with all cables, manuals, and protective foam to ensure the sensitive components are not damaged during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for expedited processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
